My experience with Mr Clarkson was great my deal on my car and apartment insurance was better than I had before. He was very personable and knew what he was talking about. I like the fact is in the neighborhood and if I have any questions he will be available to speak with. Thank you for a great experience.
No Follow up Communication Called Several times no return Calls Allstate has Been A Very disingenuous As an Insurance company.
Allstate should have compensate the client for clear action done with clear error by their agent in my case. Am happy with my new company and wish allstate the best and will not recommend my people to allstat and will avoid allstat at all manageable cost
I have had a car and homeowners policy with Allstate for 5+ years and barely call my agents office. I knew policy was up for renewal and wanted to add additional coverage to my policy. I called spoke to someone about adding coverage they told me they would call me back in 30 mins no call back. I emailed my agency office and no response. I am so ready to change my insurance company. If I can’t get the bare minimum help y’all dont deserve my money.

I LOOKING AROUND NOW TO CHANGE MY HOMEOWNERS AND CAR INSURANCE NOW HE NEVER RETURN CALLS AND YOU CAN LEAVE A MILLION VOICE MESSAGES AND CAN BE IN A PANIC ABOUT YOUR POLICY HE STILL NEVER EVER RETURNS YOUR CALLS YOU TRY TO SUPPORT A BLACK AGENT BUT IT SEEMS LIKE YOUR BETTER OFF GOING OVER TO ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY...
