After consulting Tommy in January to change our autopay card to a new debit card- they still continued to charge the old card. I called and emailed multiple times in regards to the payment declining, and they were always promising me that it was updated to the new card. When in fact it was not! Today we were notified that we were no longer insured for non payment! This company is a joke!
