Pain in the butt service. Don’t go in expecting much unless you’re white
Just received a letter saying home owners insurance is cancelled because Tom Paterson did not pass on any information to us regarding paperwork needed for our policy. Had to spend 2hrs on the phone with home owners insurance because my agent does not offer any service to clients. So bad it makes me sick.
