Absolutely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had an excellent experience with Tom Paterson insurance for both auto and home insurance. Bundling my policies was simple, the rates were competitive, and the coverage options were clearly explained. Customer service has been outstanding—friendly, responsive, and always helpful.

Almost impossible to get a human to answer the phone, if they decide to call you back the staff is incredibly rude and condescending, moved all my policies to Jeff Ard and what a breath of fresh air. I also filed a corporate complaint on Tom Pattersons agency.

After several years of having policies with Allstate, including many annual reviews of our coverage, we were at a point where we had to do something about lowering our costs. In a 20 minute phone call, Summer was able to review all our policies, make recommendations, and provide significant changes to our premiums.
