Rudest agent I have ever delt with. Horrible attitude every time I call in for something. Moved everything to another agent. If I could move this last policy away from him, I would. But this is not an option to move agents. ZERO Stars! Customer since 2021.
Yeah I am new to Allstate. After my first 6 month my rate went up like $50.00.Who does that?
Stay far away. Get insurance directly from Allstate, progressive, costco, or Geico. I feel Tim was terrible and rude at communication with requests for my deceased grandma and disabled uncle. The rates were also egregious for comparable insurance in both auto and home insurance ($2500/year for a small cottage… when typical rates are half that anywhere else). Tim seems to only care about his commission check and protecting himself and not his clients.
Call many times to this guy on different occasions and no answer. It's during business hours and not able to get a hold of him. Very frustrating, especially when I am needing something that is very time sensitive.
