We enjoy taking our daughters, Kaitlyn and Elise, to the Potawatomi Zoo and the University of Notre Dame campus. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response and cooperation from Allstate regarding my accident claim. I submitted all necessary documents, including the police report, photos, videos, witness information, and emails—yet I received no proper support or resolution. I’ve followed up multiple times with no result. This level of customer service is unacceptable and has caused me unnecessary stress and frustration.
