I had a terrible experience with Allstate agents Jules and Tom. They were unprofessional and made inappropriate remarks, including saying “we’re glad to get rid of you.” I only asked to cancel my car insurance, but they cancelled my renters insurance without my permission. When I asked for reinstatement, they refused and said I’d have to buy it again. They also promised to email my documents several times and never did.
