I called the agency at the dealership and left a message. After two and a half weeks and two messages I called the corporate office. They connected me with an agent. I had to ask her if she were an agent and then ask her name. I told her I had left messages and she knew but never bothered to call me. UNHAPPY !!!
Terrible experience with this agency They are never in the office nor do they return phone calls. I don't know how they stay in business. Worse ever I will be calling corporate offices and switch to another agency
If you are ready to wait 2+ hours to get service them sigh up with allstate. Otherwise choose another company
Excellent experience with Debbie! She saved us well over $1000/yr between our home and auto policies while increasing our level of coverage with very little effort on our part. She and her team are easy to do business with via email or phone and very responsive!
