Switched to Allstate a few years back. Sat down with Marcus to work out all the details. Had to provide proof of health insurance coverage via insurance card and a letter from my provider, which was all fine. After a year they needed a letter, even though I told them nothing has changed. I said we can do a 3 way call to get them what they needed. Our original agent closed suddenly with zero notice. We were transferred here. Let me just say, Trish was amazing!! Super nice, very helpful, saved me an unnecessary trip for repairs, even recognized my daughter from a previous visit months ago. I look forward to working with her in the future :)
