Good prices and service
When my mortgage was sold to another company they ended up paying my homeowners twice and I never heard a word from Allstate regarding overpayment I found out on my own after house payment went up, after several calls to the mortgage company I found out that homeowners was paid twice when I contacted my agent to find out why I was never notified the agent said oh you don't think we monitor your account do you, what? Let me start by saying since December of 2023 I have had issues with Allstate BUT… I went through the 800 number to sign up for coverage. Biggest mistake ever. I did not sign up with this office and man I wish I would have!!! I called the Clarkston office out of desperation after seven months of a mess. I spoke with Jared and even though he was not my agent, took my issue on with no gain to himself. Within TWO business days my issue was resolved!!! TWO DAYS!!!!
