I have been trying to reach them and unable to reach them. Number rings directly to an Allstate call center. Rep confirmed that Scott Verbarg is no longer in business (or in business with them). By the way, in my opinion Allstate has also slipped in their customer service and competitive rates. Canceling my policies with them and switching to State Farm, which provides better coverage for significantly less money.
Been trying to get in contact with this office for weeks with no luck. Why have a local agent but have to contact corporate to get any type of response.
