When my roof was damaged in a storm years ago I was told the roof was old and not covered. Years later my 5 year old new roof got damaged in another major storm storm and i was told that maybe the workmanship was bad and Allstate refused to cover it. I appealed and still got denied! A week ago I switched to Amica. Today I tried to drop my Allstate coverage and Joselin gave me the run around. She made me call amica for a cancellation request and they do not do that.
