We’ve been with Allstate for over 25 years and have been very pleased!! We had to switch from our amazing agent when we relocated to Utah, Ron Anderson’s office came recommended….however, they rarely answer the phone during business hours and don’t return calls either. Not sure how they can run a business with such poor customer service.Needless to say we changed agents again, hoping this one will be better.
