It is next to impossible to contact anyone at the office with any questions or concerns. You will call a million times and if you get lucky someone might pick up or call you back but good luck getting to speak to anyone in a timely fashion. I am grateful to be ending my service from this agency.
I terminated my policy because she couldn’t do my policy correctly and Allstate charged me for the mistakes she did. I will not recommend at all. They will charge you for cancellation
They do not like you to ask them any questions. They can increase your bill and don't explain to you why, I paid them for homeowners insurance and It don't pay for nothing unless my house burns down. All they say is it's the law never seen these law but they know them.
Rebecca is like family she always strive hard to help me lower cost and meet my insurance needs
