I spoke with Nicole today. She was extremely helpful. She helped me get coverage for my mom's house. Mom has dementia and had let her coverage lapse. She was kind, empathetic, and very patient as I navigated through Mom's finances. Thank you to Porep Family Insurance and especially Nicole!
I was told to contact Sarah about my daughter’s auto insurance, but she never answers or calls back. I’ve left multiple voicemails and even stopped by a few times, she’s never available. Very disappointing.
I have give major preps to Sarah for helping me out and being impatient with me and give me the best deal that I’ve been offered, she was very polite and professional definitely knew what she was talking about to help somebody out. Recommend her anybody that needs good insurance.
