The amount of times I tried to email this agent - I did not get one reply. I tried calling him and leaving a voicemail and no replies. He once answered my phone call after trying to call for 30 minutes and then when I got through - he literally told me he’ll check my account and he’ll call me back to touch base in 30 minutes - never got any call backs whatsoever.
