The agent Robert was very nice and polite.
I interviewed with Sherrill for a position . She was very rude to me and disrespected me because she thought I was too old for the agency.
Glad to say my agent and the office worked hard to get things moving after storm damage, including a supplement to complete everything back to the way it was. Having just purchased my home this was something I didn't have experience with, and especially with supplement and actual values. They are an email or a phone call away for any questions or concerns. I truly appreciate their professionalism!
