Always great service
I enjoyed Rick's friendliness (kind of like a younger brother) as he explained all I needed to know about Allstate. When he showed me I would actually save money and actually earn money bonuses, I dropped my other insurance right then and there. I had an independent agent who could not offer anything near what Allstate did.
