An unprofessional office with terrible customer service. I encourage all readers to shop around before purchasing insurance through Mohammad. Not only are the prices they charge heavily inflated to their closest competitors, if you can get someone on the phone, they will bounce you person to person, forcing you to call multiple times for simple requests. An office to avoid.
It makes more sense that when you see errors in your policy one would question them and try to get clarification. For these people to act like your questions are stupid and waste of time is unprofessional. The simple fact alone I made it clear I wanted clarity and Mr. Mohammad response is “I have other customers and don’t have time to answer your questions.” Is ridiculous just like my auto insurance price going up randomly being ridiculous.
