It makes more sense that when you see errors in your policy and you question them and try to get clarification for these people to act like your questions are stupid and waste of time. The simple fact alone I made it clear I wanted clarity and Mr. Mohammad response is “I have other customers and don’t have time to answer your questions.” Is ridiculous just like my auto insurance being a car payment is ridiculous. All they care about is their commission. Not the customer.
