Not happy with this office. Michael never fully went over my policy during set up. He never asked me about rental coverage for a car. So here I am after hitting a deer with no coverage for a rental car because HEEEE didn't do his job when setting up my policy. I always get rental coverage on all policies. I moved to Allstate for a better price. Well now I know why. They are cheap and don't ask people to add rental coverage to the policy. Their goal is to clearly screw you over.
