We have worked with the Pearson agency for years and years starting when we lived in the area and we’ve kept them even after moving a state away. We’ve always found our phone calls either answered right away or returned right away, and the people on the other end are so helpful and so kind and so calm. After my home insurance rates from another agency went up nearly 20% I started shopping around and found the Pearson agency. Phil worked through our policy needs and earned our business with very good rates on home and auto along with his helpful customer service. Hopefully, won't have to make a claim but I would imagine that this team will work through that process in the same professional and supportive manner. It is great having a local agent for support through this process.
