I called to initially get a quote for homeowners insurance and to see if it could be bundled. She seemed annoyed that I was even asking and didn't care to help me out with my questions. I then called a month later to cancel my policy and she was extremely rude and dismissive over the phone. Absolutely unprofessional and would never recommend anyone to this specific agency. Rebecca was absolutely amazing and incredibly kind and helpful, but she is no longer working there.
Megan was very rude over the phone! I was very polite to her and she seemed very frustrated and annoyed. Do not recommend this agent at all. I had to end my call without getting a quote because of her constant loud sighs.
Megan and Rebecca are awesome. Anytime I have a questions or concerns they always take time to answer and explain things to me. So friendly and respectful to everyone. I always tell people I have the best insurance agents.
