Allstate top brass are totally out of touch with THEIR customers. I've been asking for a paper car insurance bill for years and no response. I'm so fed up with ALLSTATE. Customers definitely don't come first. Who do they think pays their wages?

Tried to call his office to discuss a claim and was transferred to an off-site call center outside the US. Spent 30 minutes and was transferred 3 times to get told they had no record of my policy. However, when I told the automated system I would wanted to cancel my policy, the receptionist in the office picked right up. I don't see much of a point in having a local office and a local representative if I can only talk to a call center 3,000 miles a way.
I've been with ALLSTATE about 40 years; believe me that means nothing to them. Top brass went WOKE big time. They want to save TREES so they won't send me a paper bill. BUT the GENIUSES are willing to cut 🌲 trees to send me Paper bill for my home and motorcycle 🏍️ insurance.; To save a tree they CAN'T send a paper bill for my car insurance. NO COMMON SENSE. One these days I'll be moving my coverage to THEY'RE competitor. $$$$
