I was having trouble just getting my previous agent to call me back. I talked to Emily and she gave me quotes for four autos, my homeowners, and two Landlord's policies. She saved me money on every policy and has been a pleasure to work with getting everything set up.
Alstate Ins. Withdrew funds from my bank account. It took over a month for them to refund my money. Alstate said it was due to software issue, but sure took a long time to refund my money.
Insurance cost less, have not had to use it. The staff is very friendly and would recommend Allstate.
Purchased a new car and needed to add it to my existing policy. Emily D. was helpful, courteous, and easy to work with. Extremely fast service!
