Don't bother trying to call the office. I called three different times during regular business hours and sat on hold for 10 minutes each time. Never did get anyone to answer.
So thankful and blessed we found this insurance agency. We had Allstate at a previous location, and they made a clerical error and it ended up canceling our policy. When we found Martha Balleza they were extremely helpful and they helped us save a lot more money on our vehicle insurance policy. Our Advisor Isabel De La Torre is always helpful.
