Marietta Riley is a very good agent. I do however have a problem with the Allstate app.

Got in an accident I was not at fault for in another state. No one could tell me anything. No one had the right answers. No one could figure it out. Luckily I have a lawyer who helped me navigate this. They said at one point I should make a claim with them even though I was not at fault and already had a lawyer retained to fight for my payout.
