It was great for the 5 plus years I was with them. I was set up direct deposit, then one day after 5 in a half years find out that my insurance has been dropped for no payment. But yet never got notification about it. I am beyond disappointed. I’m a good driver and never had any mishaps. Do to this I’d rather go through someone else who does Allstate.
