Extremely bad customer service, and higher rates than the competition. I called for an auto insurance quote this morning, and after dealing with the surly customer service rep (she said her name was "Bri") I was eventually given a quote that was 50% higher than any of the competitors I had already contacted. When I mentioned to her that the quote she gave me wasn't competitive with other local agencies, I was rudely hung up on. Great Customer Service which is rare these days...
I don't know everyone's name so I won't name specific people, so as not to leave anyone out. I have had an excellent experience with the Pacut agency. The ladies have been so nice, patient and helpful without making me feel pressured when trying to understand the differences in No Fault insurance as compaired to traditional auto insurance. It has been a wonderful experience working with them as compaired to other agencies that I have had in the past. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you, Cary Grimm
