I’ve been this insurance for so long that I can’t remember when I first started with them. Our entire family use to have insurance through them, but now we have no option but to leave. I went there with a complaint on how Allstate was handling my claim and I was told that my torn ACL look kind of “fishy”. I have a calcification on my aorta and that was also an issue with looking negative towards Allstate claims. In 2018, 7 cars belonging to my business partner was stolen by taking keys from my home. I’ve been trying to contact this guy over 3 months he’s not checking his emails nor his messages i had my card on autopay for a year now why all of a sudden my autopay is taken off and they trying to make me pay $353
Not satisfied about their policy. It’s a crooked business only.
