As an escrow officer for 41 years, I connect with Insurance companies on a regular basis, for every transaction. This particular insurance office was definitely one of the rudest and least accommodating I have interacted with. They have been unresponsive, to the point that a request for an Evidence of Insurance for their client's refinance had to be sent 5 times from my office and once by the loan broker over a period of 10 days.
