John was a fantastic insurance agent. After being dropped from another insurance company when my car was totaled in an accident, he spent hours getting the paperwork together that showed I wasn't at fault so that he could insure me. He was my agent for 2 years and I could call him at any time and he was always happy to help! I couldn't recommend him enough!
I have been with John and Kathy for over ten years of service. I recommend anyone who is looking for insurance and a agent that goes over and beyond to stop in and speak to them. John and Kathy does an excellent job making sure you understand the different policies.
Great Insurance company
Called to get a quote, he said he would call me back in 45 minutes. Never called back! I assume they make too much money and have too many customers. Not a good way of impressing a potential customer. Your loss
