My vehicle was damaged by hurricane Helene. The day after the storm I called Allstate and was immediately connected to a claims adjuster via video. After the assessment I was provided with information for car rental and a local repair shop. Overall, Allstate was proficient and quick in handling my claim.
Excellent experience at this office. Very warm and friendly staff and have always had great service from Allstate in general. Highly recommended!
