Hasn't been very helpful. Email seems to be the only way to communicate. Calls don't get returned. I needed help concerning my business. I did find a different insurance peovider that answers the phone and takes the time to help. Will be using them in the very near future.
If I could give a negative star ×100 I would. Joe Kirkland doesn't RETURN calls. His unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. State Farm Insurance Shouldn't ever recommend this company. His irresponsibility in returning calls to help an EXISTING client, shows of what poor quality of service he does. Return your calls Joe. You make Goosehead look bad. My wife Wendi and I are in our late 40's. We moved to Florida and found Joey Kirkland and Goosehead Insurance to give us a decent rate on our 2 cars. This is our experience with Mr. Kirkland.... 1. On Aug 3rd, 2018, He gave us full coverage on our 2 cars for around $215 a month. 2. On Aug 3rd, 2019 there was no change to our policy with us having no accident claims or tickets and our monthly payment stayed $215 a month 3.
