This office canceled my policy after I set it up on auto payments on the app. I called 11/21 when I realized and they NEVER called back. I called and spoke to someone after leaving 4 messages and the woman that works there said she would have her brother (the agent) or her nephew call back guess what never did. I called for a month when I finally had my Husband call and guess what they called him back right away and set up a policy. We were never notified that the policy was canceled.
