I wish I could give 0 star to Henry and Allstate. I have been a customer of Henry at Allstate since 2018. I had set up monthly auto-pay with paperless billing. On February 10, 2023, I chose to cancel my Allstate insurance policy by contacting Henry directly. He did not inform me of any outstanding balance on my account, and my online account was deactivated after February 10, 2023.
