We were very pleased with Karen. She took care of our switch from state to state with no problem.
Absolutely horrible insurance agency. They are rude, unhelpful, sarcastic, and they hang up on you. Seriously, DONT GO HERE!
Be very careful on what information you give this agency. They seem to think its okay to share your information with anyone who calls and appears to be a family member. The customer service here is horrible. Like being hung up on then this is the company for you
