Allstate has really gone downhill recently, from not answering phones, to not adding new vehicles correctly, to inability to process claims quickly. Overall, if I could give 0 stars, I would, but I'm leaving 2 stars, only because of how helpful Daniella was in canceling my policies. Allstate needs more employees like her.

Greg Owens and his staff has served my insurance needs for over 12 years. In that time, I have consistently found them to be courteous, rapidly responsive, and complete in meeting my needs. Whenever I've called (a few times a year), a competent member of Greg's team always picks up and almost invariably is able to answer my question; if not, Greg makes himself readily available. They've always kept my payment notices up-to-date; hence, I've never been uninsured since working with the Owens team. An excellent firm.
