The service was horrible and I felt that experience overall was really bad.
Allstate has really gone downhill recently, from not answering phones, to not adding new vehicles correctly, to inability to process claims quickly. Overall, if I could give 0 stars, I would, but I'm leaving 2 stars, only because of how helpful Daniella was in canceling my policies. Allstate needs more employees like her.
It's a great insurance company if I had a problem they handle it. Thanks allstate..
