George Burga is a crook! First off I've never written a bad review in my life, normally I'll always give everyone the benefit of the doubt even if the service was bad, but this was beyond bad and I really don't want anyone else to have such an awful experience. Horrible customer service and my bill was consistently $40-$50 over what I was quoted. Wasted hours on the phone every month so they could fix their mistakes. Worst experience with insurance I’ve ever had.

Wow where do I start? I signed up thinking I would be saving money. George was friendly on the phone and gave me a quote I was happy with. Then I realized every month there was an up charge for seemingly no reason. I would call and ask about it and I would be put on hold for over an hour and nothing would ever be explained. After my one satisfying conversation with George he was never around again to talk to. I always had to explain my situation to other office workers who clearly had no idea or solution. I got my auto insurance here with Estephan he is the best I send my father in law and brother in law :). Thank you Estefan :) I also use to be an Insurance agent and I automatically saw potential in Estephan !
