Customer service is not great. I can never get in touch with Eric. Allstate lacks information to give to there customers.
I no Like this Agency. Eric no treat me good! Tell me I must pay more. My premium went up $100. dollars a month. He no have good service either me and my friend have found better rate and service at Great Basin Insurance: Allstate Insurance
