THE ABSOLUTE WORST. We are 10 months into a water leak on our townhouse in Morgantown, WV. These agents have done NOTHING to support the customers. They cut the budget down 20k causing us to need MORE RENOVATION! We could still see visible water damage and they said the job was “done.” No one from Allstate even stepped foot inside the house. Said they would pay for food, but no housing for our family. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

While consistency is expected to some degree, the uniformity of these reports suggests a lack of independent evaluation.
