Always there when I need a change in my Policies
I've been with Allstate since Gary Harvey I have never had a problem out of them called Doug Neighbors this morning within 10 minutes my claim I had a number good service good people great insurance
I wish there was a way to leave 0 stars. After being a loyal Allstate customer for 25 years, I left, because of Doug Neighbors. After screwing up my policy while trading in our old vehicle, he somehow comes up deciding I owe $425 extra in 1 month. He's a liar and will do anything possible to take your money! The office lady is also so rude and non helpful. Don't expect him to try and get you the best rate, he told me that was MY job to call and ask him for a better rate.
