Unhelpful. Their office building reeked of chemical oil fragrance wall plug-ins so extreme that I couldn't stay inside (asthma). There is a cat and dog inside the office - the poor animals, if I can hardly breathe in there, they are even more sensitive to scents, it's animal abuse at that point. As I walked to the other door to try and escape the plug-in scent, I found myself standing beside a large dog (now I know why because he was trying to breathe too) and he looked at me like "please help".
