When calling about a high bill. Christopher Capuano was very rude on the phone. I do not expect to be treated rudely when I am paying someone for my service.
The only problem with Allstate is using a text message to reach them when you have a flat, etc.....I now also have "Triple A" as a backup who I can reach more easily......
