I was trying to notify the agent of the death of the insured (my mother). I left messages, was referred to another agent and called customer service. I called the office again and was able to speak with someone. Once I explained why I called, my questions were answered and the appropriate changes made. Had the office responded timely (it took nearly two months to make contact) I would have given them five stars; once contact was made, things moved quickly, and they were very apologetic.
