Poor so far. No one has concrete answers. I got in my accident almost 9 months ago and still don't have my deductible back event though police found the other driver was 100% at fault and I was 0% at fault. Any insurance company will gladly take your money every month like Allstate will. But when you are in a bind and you need your money from your deductible well Allstate is not a good company to count on.

I had used Allstate for several years. I got married and had a joint bank account so I called to update my card. I was on auto pay for years so I assumed that when I updated my card that it would continue to auto draft. I noticed it wasn’t so I called again and also asked my name to be changed. I kept getting everything with my maiden name so I emailed and was asked to call yet again. Then the biggie, my rates increased due to late payments. Because whoever I spoke to did not set it up on autodraft!!!! I had never been late ... read more
