I have no complaints with the office of Bradley Chan. Allstate, however, after doing business with them for over 40 years and having our house in Mendocino county insured for 20 years sent us a list of "problems" with our house that needed to be remedied before they would renew our policy. While some were reasonable, concerning vegetation, others would have required us to rebuild our garage with non-flammable material, replace all the footings are our deck with metal, fireproof the eves on our house, etc. They would not disc... read more
I recently had to switch my insurance after being with Bradley for five years since I have started driving and he has been one of the most solid individuals I have had the pleasure of working with. If you want someone who feels like he always give a personal touch to every conversation as opposed to some corporate script, can give you some great pointers about insurance worries, and is straight forward about his help, I highly recommend him.
