Anytime I have to go out of my way to speak to a real person, and by god’s good grace, Nancy picks up the phone she makes sure I’m helped with anything I may need and quickly as well. Every insurance company needs a Nancy.

I've received a personalized post card from Bill McDonald agency, stating with good coverages like house structure-502k, all peril deductible being 1% etc.., they can provide home insurance for less than 1k, and I'm sure I've to put up minimum 30-50% extra on top. I've scheduled a call with them and went through the numbers and surprisingly they quoted me more than 2k for home insurance which is way higher than the actual advertised price.
