Agent would not return or take my calls. Saved 100's of dollars switching to progressive anyhow.
The agent Michelle was nice but Barry is the worst. Michelle made an error. I asked them to fix it and Barry's only way to fix the issue is to write a new policy and charge it again. I would end up paying out of pocket for an error of a policy written on a person who is deceased.
