I originally called Paul Lipps ( The premier Allstate agent) and it went to voicemail twice, I needed a state transfer done today and I happened to talk with a man named Austin, 28, and had probably one of the best times chatting with him about my policy and everything I could be saving just using the app. He even got my policy lowered and that's whats gonna keep me coming back to this location. Apparently this agency is no longer affiliated with Allstate. I had an agent I had been working with for over a year, had a fine experience, and then one day went to ask a question and was informed of this and provided with no reason nor any information regarding what I should do other than dial a 1-800 number to get my policy questions answered.
