My experience was overall good. We went through 3 different adjusters that were assigned to us, but once all the confusion was settled over who was going to be handling the account, things went very smoothly!
John Domer is the agent who helped us. He was courteous, pleasant, and competent. He stayed with us through our many questions and did cost comparisons when asked about different options. I like the fact that he assisted us without being pushy.

Zeltzin,was extremely helpful, via email and several phone calls. Eventually finishing my policy from her home after a long work day had me to busy to return calls during the day. She was extremely helpful, working with me to compare options. In the end I saved more than $2000 a year between home and auto combined.
