Alvin is a wonderful agent! We spent the last 15-20 years with Nationwide under one agent and Alvin has been as responsive, if not more so, as our former agent at Nationwide.
Mr. Hurst always goes above and beyond to make sure all my insurance needs are taken care of. Any time there may be a change to my policy or an opportunity for me to save money he let's me know. In this day in time it is refreshing to have someone take you and your financial needs into consideration. I recommend him to anyone I come into contact with looking for insurance to him.
I believe that Allstate does not think of the Customers who have been with them for a very long time. To raise the payment like they do, tells me they take their customers for granted. When you do this, you lose customers. There are many of us who will only go so far.
